“This hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and great. The hotel has a waterslide and swimming pool making it great for kids. For adults and families, at the front of the hotel they have a large gazebo with a fully outfitted propane barbecue, mini-fridge, microwave, and sink with running water. There are 2 couch with table areas, a sit-up bar, and additional tables and chairs for eating at. For the evening atmosphere they have a propane fire pit with cottage style...

“This place was great other than getting there late and having no staff to greet us. It was a bit concerning to be honest. Doors are locked at night but there is no security working at night. Otherwise it was a great spot. The town is beautiful and very safe. Very walkable.”

“Ho apprezzato soprattutto la cortesia e la disponibilità della reception e la posizione dell'albergo, da cui si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi sia la zona del Fisherman che il Parlamento. Vicinissima la fermata del bus per andare ai Butchart Gardens. Nella hall è sempre disponibile gratuitamente per gli ospiti caffè americano e tè caldo.”

“The rooms were clean, and my kids loved the pool. We enjoyed the grab and go pastries, fruits, coffee and juice each morning. Our stay was mostly positive. On the second night of our stay, our kids (6 and 9 years old) were having a dance party while waiting for us to pack up to go to the pool. It was 830pm at night when we heard a knock on our door. I opened the door to see a staff member telling me that we were too loud. I apologized and said my kids were having a dance party. He got mad...

“It’s a minimalist motel. It’s great for an overnight stay. Comfy beds. Not suitable if you stay for a few days. There are no comfy chairs or sofa in the kitchenette suites. There is a small dog park in the back. There is a Whitespot restaurant next door.”

“The rooms and bathrooms are renovated, very clean and comfortable, the kitchen was clean but very ugly and outdated, it really didn't match with the rooms or bathroom. There was a general weird, old, bad smell all over the property. The outside was not very appealing, it had a construction area right in front, busy ugly street, the only nice thing was the huge tree, it would be great if they added flowers and plants, they certainly have the space.
